"Buy on fear, sell on greed." I think that guy is a billionaire last I checked. How many OTC companies have an AGM? I'll refrain from doing your DD for you, but this is an amazing opportunity. If you don't feel it, get out and go find an energy drink company you can make a quick buck with. This certainly isn't a flippers play.
