That's looks consistent with what looks like yet another update to SOG's website. Are you working closely with SOG regarding getting all the relevant information out there?

Thanks.

Superior’s efforts to raise drilling funds were not significantly successful during the period from late 2011 until mid-2013, when Devon Energy aggressively began drilling horizontal wells into the Mississippian and Woodford Shale Formations in Logan County, Oklahoma where Superior and Cactus each owned a half interest in producing vertical wells in four different Sections. Superior’s management (Cactus Drilling Co.) raised from “family and friends” the funds for Superior and Cactus to participate in five successful horizontal wells drilled in 2013 and 2014 and operated by Devon Energy.

We raised these funds by selling 75% undivided interests in some of our leasehold acreage in the five Sections. The investors that purchased the 75% interests in the leases paid not only their own costs of drilling and completing the five wells but also Superior’s and Cactus’s well costs for the five wells in such Sections. Superior cannot estimate at this time the amount and value of its share of the monetary proceeds from production from these five wells to be received in 2014. Superior believes as many as 35 more horizontal wells will be drilled in these five Sections during the period 2013 through 2016, in which wells Superior can participate to the same proportional extent it did in 2013 and 2014 and with its well costs paid by its investors.
