The company still has about 17 million shares left to be issued from the authorized. It looks like the company is hoping that the stock will go up to at least 20 cents a share and higher toward $1 someday. The projects in itself can be financed with initial funds from downpayment by partners in projects which would allow further growth without stock dilution.
