LXRP Broadly speaking, there are two main ‘families’ of active ingredients in marijuana: THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol) which have primarily psychoactive properties accompanied by possible medicinal qualities; and CBD (Cannabidiol) which are believed to have more significant medicinal properties and do NOT generally have psychoactive properties.
