Writing the same thing repeatedly doesn't increase its truth value.To repeat,I know friends who make a living shorting stocks that FINRA reports have very few shorts.They laugh at the FINRA numbers.I have no clue as to the veracity of the USPR FINRA numbers but continue to be agnostic about them.
