Imo ot's the otc and they can apparently,so they do.. Lower sp makes more potential for cheap shares but imo it' deeper than surface and geared on future events.,especially if they know the situation and some underlying circumstances with our nols and potential future value x value.. Although, we are held and down now on low info, future potential and lage gains are imminent.. Hence the huge demand and crazily high ACCUMULAtion.. All,imo
