It might not be Wall Street. Maybe it's the trucking and heavy equipment and automotive industries not to mention big oil. Plugs success with forklifts could translate to automotive industry. Heck even tesla is probably a bit paranoid. I mean why have a bunch of heavy batteries in a car that takes hours to recharge when a hydrogen fill-up takes minutes?!
