David, I will agree to disagree but what you said about the banking assets separate and not touchable in the bankruptcy case I agree with in total.

However, as far as Walrath goes, this case was filed with 24 billion in assets over liabilities and was never changed. With that said, Walrath/Rosie knew this case was a fraud from the start and so Walrath being the last fiduciary between corruption and justice who also knew this case was not bankrupt, should be held accountable and charged with aiding and abetting the crimes of bankruptcy fraud and insider trading trial that she presided over.

Cases like Kmart and WaMu prove there will never be justice over corruption and it will only get far worse from here just as it did 20 years ago to this point. I feel very sorry for our future children and young people. Just my two cents.
