Snowgeek, yes using those assumptions on the numbers I agree but would call that structure as manageable rather than small. Based on that would make me think even more something big pending cause that manageable structure would leave lots of room for a big deal where the float and O/S can easily grow if CVSL became a much larger company via major acquisition therefore a more common float and O/S size for a NYSE MKT company. Looks to me all lining up. I keep going back to Rochon on a call last year saying he had 8 billion in his deal funnel so makes me think maybe now a percentage of that number might be ready to close.
