Something I left out.I for one have been damaged by Pfizers breach as a Intellect shareholder.

Again IMHO the defense lied in the court filings in open court testimony (We stopped using Ponezumab).

I feel for every shareholder the damage caused by Pfizers breach and for the defenses lies which should be dealt with in any legal way possible.

One if you lie and are a attorney you can be disbarred its also criminal act.This form is all one needs to fill out.It needs to be signed and anyone can file this complaint.One needs to send the orginal plus a copy of orginal and any evidence the orginal and a copy to the address on this form.

My point is if one has any anger it should be direct toward Pfizer its defense team imho.

All insiders have lost tens of millions and common shareholders have lost millions cause of the domino affect this breach by Pfizer caused and imho the illegal action by its defense team!
