The problem is the Pfizers of the world hide behind there criminal defense teams,firms which are unlimited around the globe.

This either settles or ends with a summary judgement.Oing on the record in the last transcript made it as clear as day.Its the process of getting there thats occuring which is painfull.


One fact we know is the defense lied in the court filings in open court testimony (We stopped using Ponezumab)!

Under New York law, simply telling a lie under oath is a class A misdemeanor, but telling a material lie under oath, or an important lie, is a felony.

IMHO its either a material lie or important lie which occured and again imho its a important lie!
