Doug is correct.... so let's follow what most of you guys are saying.... they kept quiet on PR's, even though if one or more are a material event....

so if the company entered into or there was a material event and an insider made a purchase of stock, gee.... wouldn't that be trading on insider information?

Yep.

so there were no material events that have happened during the 'quiet period'.
