The "new" CEO, who will probably be the criminal and detriment society Melvin Pereira or yet another fake alias with no verifiable history other than a fake linkedin or zoominfo profile managed by Pereira, will likely start off his reign by placing all of the blame for the lies and failures on the outgoing CEO, Chua, and promptly execute a R/S and selling shares to resolve the "nightmare" said CEO was unfortunate enough to walk into.

He will, without hesitation, line his pockets with cash and begin the next P&D cycle while living the good life at shareholders' expense.

Only issue with all of this is that Pereira might find himself in prison as an accomplice to Hundley or the SEC will finish it's investigation and shut this scam down. Wonder which will happen first.. Anyone want to bet the over/under for the end of 2014?
