How to cancel L2?

I called up Ihub L2 via the number and canceled my L2 but I just got charged again today. Pretty f*cking awesome because I didn't have funds in my account so I got an overdraft fee.

Why am I still getting charged? I didn't want another month of L2. I canceled before the next bill date too.
