Mondays 8K filing if you read at Item 9.01 it says, Termination ageeement dated Sept. 15 2014, by and between RMCP and KVM capital partner. Any body understand it better than me what realy means? In Yahoo the head line starts, RMCP Corp. files form K entry into a material Definite Agreement, Termination of Material De, What all these means?
