Please share which of any of these could have been accomplished in 2 weeks of Dan's tenure?

Those are Scott's short comings, and Dan took action to improve the situation.

Dan has his own plan, and has moved on from the past with the efforts to improve the future. Dan stated he would improve communication moving forward. Focusing on the past is never going to improve the future. The past is dead on this play, and people need to be ready, and loaded as the plan is put into action. In my opinion chase if you will, that will only increase my holdings value.
