Based on the stock movement, I think that news is out that the Brilacidin 2b trial was successful. I've added over 200k shares in the past week (since R&R) and I know others who have added significantly as well. There are fund managers who can't invest but would give their left leg to put 1-10M to work but can't (yet).

I've always been taught to follow the volume - and in the last month we've seen a steady increase of volume. This to me shows heavy accumulation by those with deep(ish) pockets. One cannot build a big position in CTIX in a few days. The float is so low the price would get out of control quickly, however, since the R&R presentation the accumulation has accelerated and those accumulating have been less concerned of the price (hence our 35% run).

I feel confident that when the Brilacidin study is un-blinded (and positive) we'll see another level of significant buying. Risk will have been again significantly reduced and that announcement is worth $10/share (in the short term - 3 to 6 months). More importantly, BigK is correct in asserting this is going much higher given the potential for other indications. I've never seen an opportunity like this in a public company. This is like getting into Google during the series b funding (after proof of concept) but before anyone knows what's going on or how revolutionary the technology is.
