We are incorporated under Canadian law and the majority of our directors and executive officers are Canadian citizens or residents. All, or a substantial portion, of these persons' assets and substantially all of our assets are located outside the United States. It may not be possible for investors to effect service of process within the United States upon those persons or to enforce against them judgments of U.S. courts based upon civil liabilities under U.S. federal or state securities laws.

Now these Canadians believe that they are above the US Laws and put anything they want in their Press Releases!
