Porgie, his ARR "hedge" is that his post is so cryptic that he can claim to be a stock wiz no matter what happens. Yes his 50,000 share flip no doubt worked out perfectly.

It looks like the prospects of higher rates and lower refinancings, are causing ARR to sag... again.

I'm still hedging mREITs by not buying any. LOL I still think they're costly gimmicks that investors should avoid. But at least the 2012 froth is long gone from them.
