Yeah, the landlord is/was an insider so that stinks even this far from the turd.

The landlord has to be praying every night that some dumbazz company will lease his building at absurd amounts of money like ILED did....on paper anyway.

That building has been empty for years so that tells you how "desirable" that mass of metal and concrete is. Too much cheap locations available around the tri-county area.
