CAPC is priced well below what I consider it should be. This is a no brainer type of price and surprised at lack of interest. Sometimes when your not noticed these opportunities show up.

Anyone doing any DD on this Company would realize the cheapness of this stock at this price.

CAPC will hit the bright lights, just a matter of time.
