there's a school that is less than 1 mile from the FE location that trains young kids and adults in the food industry and are given the food handler license at graduation. Run by a nonprofit org church this school has been around for years. JB has known the principle years. This is one of the location that JB took me to on my visit last mo. this is ware he always get he's entry level workers. they are all ready trained and ready to go. this is why you cant fined help wonted ad out there for FE.
