I do remember many discussions about why the accountant for this mgmt team wouldn't show what the value is for the patents and it was mentioned that since they have never put the patents into use with production as yet, there is no real way to figure value. Heck, Frank will be selling patents for the best he can get for them. And who knows, FCEL will probably make back a heck of a lot more than what was paid. Frank will certainly have to sell them for cheap since they have never been used production wise.
