A couple things I don't understand. Your posting
seems to be talking about Feb 14, it's now Sep 14.

When did ONVO win their case?

Second, this short data I posted comes from the Nasdaq
site itself. Is it valid?

I'm assuming the Nasdaq site posts the results of the
short sale reporting requirements.

So, if ONVO is being shorted, to the tune of 1/4 of
it's shares outstanding, has this lawsuit done any good?

I'm completely on ONVOs side with their fight against
defamers. But this short interest figure has me spooked.

Are they still getting away with it?

This is like a bad western where the town folk are
forbidden to shoot back.
