The new 10K note is simply to stop Iran counterfeiting of the 10K note which is a known issue.

Funny how he misses all of those articles and all of that news as to why the new 10K note is being released to replace the existing 10K notes over time.

Just like when we had new 20's, 50s, and 100s come out replacing our old notes
