Nasdaq requirements a company can achieve.
And yes, the method to achieve this for a lot of companies, not just for MCIG, would be through a r/s.
And an r/s with a company on the way up, is much different than being done with a company on the way down.
The last requirement that MCIG that also doesn't currently meet is shareholder equity. And that will be more than addressed following the VitaCig IPO.
Following the IPO, MCIG will have access to large amounts of capital to accelerate MCIG's business expansion growth exponentially.
They have their foundation already laid.
All they need is their Vapolution 3.0, to complete their core products upgraded.
Now they just need the capital to distribute, network, and market throughout the world.
I know what I have here, do you?
I have no doubt in my mind MCIG will be trading
over the Nasdaq by this time next year.
