Don't know if you guys picked up on it, but I sent in a question to the ASM asking if we had put companies on notice of infringement and how are they protecting against Equitable Estoppel and Laches. I also asked if they had any tolling agreements with any of the big infringers that had not been sued. The questions were combined and answered with a kind of smirky laugh and "we're protected and not worried about it." That wasn't a direct quote, but close enough. I couldn't really tell if that was a dodge or the truth, but at least I got somewhat of an answer.
