Good news next week, contact at Undercover Stocks (310 area code, Santa Monica) was adamant that announcements were coming. He confirmed the 10Q. I pressed him about the IPO and he hedged and thought an update would be released which I think means we have another round with the SEC. He did note that there was likely a release about a distribution deal or another endorsement partner.

Generally this guy has been correct but off on timing. They still are very bullish on MCIG and feel that they will break through the resistance on the current lows with strong financial/marketing news.
