You would like that to be the case, but in reality, notes have certain conversion dates. I can recall a number of stocks with over a million dollars in convertibles but no dilution for months and months simply for the reason they aren't due yet or cannot be converted yet. If you look at the RITE filings, the notes have dates that are very far apart. We may not see anymore dilution for some time being that it has stopped over the last week. I will look at the dates again this weekend. You are also forgetting the fact that they don't even have enough convertible debt to get anywhere close to that O/S in the first place. As a matter of fact, after this last trance it is probably down to $200,000 or less now.
