He and other insiders make their money from the share structure whether the company is ever successful or not...

JUST LIKE ALL THE INSIDERS AT GLOBETEL/SANSWIRE/WSGI HAVE DONE!

The shareholders which are finding the company via paid pump articles designed to look like genuine investment advice lose money based on the share structure.

If they made a share structure that makes them even richer--good for them IMO.

I agree, it's great for them. I don't think it should be legal, but since it is it's great for them.

It's those hapless new shareholders that are going to find out the hard way once again. But that's just the way these penny stock pump and dumps work.
