FFGO - Very solid DD!

Yes, Penson was generating billions and billions of naked short shares, around REG SHO. Most likely the trades that their were brokering were in addition to the shares being reported as "traded" on the daily tape.

Make up your own invalid cusip, and the shares generated will not show up on any FINRA or SEC report.
