looks like the annual promo is coming (I gather), from the bid action. 3rd party promoters like to accumalate POWN at the bottom of it's range for awhile, before they band together to pump and dump it, because of it's tight float; lack of dilution, and Stan Lee's indifference towards promoting much news himself. They can run this to .05, but if they go full force, it can run over .10.
