I believe the company is to blame for any misconstrued or out of context statements by its investors because of the incredibly poor job management has done in communicating operational status. Investors were basically left to piecemeal revenue expectations for the last quarter based on a string of announcements that were basically a bit misleading.

We all know why many private companies decide to go public and one of the main reasons is to pay off debt. I also believe like many others do that Kyle is a nose to the grindstone type and has decided to let operations eventually command stock price. But his style now does little to keep the confidence of the investors and has led to issues regarding transparency.

I continue to monitor the stock but I won't buy until I get the price I think the stock is actually worth which is still below the current closing.

Lesson learned.
