He has been caught in many lies and we all know that. For instance to tell a stockholder tey were current on all there taxes and to be told yes when it comes out that was a lie is just one.

The CEO has NEVER been caught in a single lie. As for him saying anything to a shareholder that wasn't the truth? That quite simply never happened and can nor ever will be proven.

Funny how when anyone puts out the facts to back up how poorly this company has been run we see no response.

Actually, I have yet to see a verifiable fact. Lot's and lot's of accusations, opinions and questionable theories but zero facts that would prove that this company is being run poorly. However,
when I ask for facts to back up statements involving LTNC, I am the one consistently being ignored.
