I guess the problem I have is that I don't own 1.82 million shares of stock - but I have owned this stock for quite some time and at the time I bought it, it was worth a lot more. Since that time, it has dropped to oblivion!!! From what I am reading from your posts, I can't send a request for a vote based on my share count and subsequent current value - is that correct? What a shame or should I say sham... I thought that no matter what amount of stock you owned in this company, if they did not follow the SEC rules of governance that they were compelled to follow as a publicly traded company, you as a shareholder were allowed a vote. I guess that is just too simple minded for this company. You have my support and I thank you and Zack for the work that you continue to do to right this ship. Maybe one day, we'll actually be owners in a real company (that has an actual address...)
thanks.
