I too sent an e mail to the DTCC a few months back they responded back saying they don't discuss cases in litigation. I work in NYC have even went to their lower manhattan office and got no where.
It's been about 2-3 years now but I'm sure The bad guys have great lawyers who will keep appealing and appealing the judges decision. The federal judge I believe found them guilty on all counts. You can read the judges ruling by going to the DTCC website and searching for SGCP.
I have tried reaching out to Doug but my e mail has come back undeliverable. It's a shame we had so many good things going with this company but as Cork has said to often there were to many destructive influences that took this thing down. I however am still a believer maybe this will unravel someday, monies will be returned to our little company, Doug will resurface and Ebola will be eradicated. Yes I believe in Santa too. Good luck
