It was just the body sold on ebay.

Chuk and Harry had a partnership where Chuk would design and build the car, Harry would build a fiberglass body for the car that would belong to Chuk, and Harry would supply a Cyclone engine.

Chuk had the car ready for the 2011 racing season, but Harry couldn't provide a working engine.

In early 2012 Chuk announced the partnership had ended. A few days later Harry announced that Nelson Hoyos, a race car driver, had been hired to lead the new "Performance Division" and that they had contracted with a race car builder to build them a new, better car.

Harry then sued Chuk claiming Chuk and stolen the body and acted in bad faith. (After Chuk had delivered the complete car as promised, and Harry had failed to deliver the promised engine.) Chuk returned the body and Harry dropped the suit.

Eventually Harry sold the car body on eBay for $3150. The listing said it had cost $70,000 to make.

The video of Chuk's car running at Bonneville in 2012 shows they wrapped some tin around the car frame to get some aerodynamics. He has since built his own body.
