IT's NOT a buy because there are to many sellers and the holders of convert debt and warrants still have a ton to sell at 50% of current stock price

Beach Blanket Bingo's crowds were extremely disappointing in size.

SFXE is having troubles and will likely pull in reins even more on less attractive and marginal stuff. They are having a horrible time getting revisions to their debt covenants and it's getting more expensive to try and get votes as well.
