Yes, KannaWay wasn't the only distributor for products containing CannaVest's CBD, but because of the big orders required in the initial KannaWay startup, which front-loaded the revenue, CANV saw an artificial boost to 1Q/14 and 2Q/14 revenues.
That boost is going away.
In addition, because CANV terminated the distribution agreement with MJNA's HempMeds, they are losing that sales channel as well, and will have to build or buy a new one.
More costs, less net profits.
Looks like CANV is overpriced.
