Got to be getting close to reporting sales/revenue.....

April 10 "Q has now completed its extensive search process working with its advisors and vendors to identify Mr. Mayersohn and decision to retain legal counsel as the Company prepares for intended growth transitioning from software development to operations and revenue."

April 16 "Q today announced successful closing of its Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) to capitalize the Proctoring Component of its QualOptima product and to implement Q's Business and Strategic Plans to transition the Company from software development to revenue-based operations."

May 21 "Q is evolving from software development to operations and revenue....Mr. Joel Mayersohn, will be pivotal in ensuring that the filings are accomplished in a timely manner. We have already been working aggressively and will continue over the coming weeks to file these important items and provide increased transparency to regulators and our shareholders."

July 8 "A major milestone in Q's transition to revenue-based operations has now been successfully achieved in anticipation of commercialization and production of its product with intensifying marketing and sales and product installations."
