I'm still holding RKLC and I did contact someone from an old phone # who said they are looking for a business to get into. I asked if they would be using the same RKLC company basic company info he said yes. But it's been a few months. As you probably know it's expensive for a new company to come into the public market and time consuming but if they come in via a shell it's much easier. No reason to sell here will wait it out.
