Just to keep you all up to date, the lawsuit brought by three county auditors (elected officials) against the Perrry County (PA) sheriff is progressing. The auditors sued the sheriff because he would not turn over the names of people who applied for carry permits, citing state law that only allows those names to be turned over to law enforcement when deemed necessary.
