Yes I agreed in my posts totally that the Experience and skill-set that Ray Hill brought to the table as a BOD is Significant and very Positive.

I presented the reasons why I felt reasonably speaking that Ray Hill painted a Picture for Dr Victor Presumably in that Not only will he help them with the FDA Pre filed Clinical stage process of the IND on OA that's getting ready to get going, But that Inventiv Health also presents an Opportunity for Intellicell to Capitalize at a Higher Scale and Gross and Net profit Margins than would be possible in the Normal scenario where Intellicell would go to Big Pharma and get a licensing deal like Most Smaller Biotech CEOs are accustomed to doing. Ray Hill Presented a Bigger better Value Proposition and a different business model to help paint the picture for Commercializing the Product if and when that happens and has an infrastrcuture from the recruitment of patients to the sales channels and now have a presence internationally in Asia as well. This is where Inventiv Health is beneficial and the relationship wold be mutually productive and beneficial to Intellicell and Inventiv.

In Reference to the Going Private being Moot at this point is that yes its ok to speculate BUT I simply dont believe that the company is at the stage at this time to think "Going Private". They have a different Vision. Going Private would be an option and matter of discussion when the company has turned the corner significantly from this present point and changed the health of the balance sheet and has existing and duplicating of the Vision of opening centers going on smoothly and there is Visibility on that success and the potential INDs in play at the time. Thats when the company gets the biggest bang for the buck in entertaining offers and even thinking of going private and thats what Dr Victor would consider if and when that happens. Right now he wants the company to simply stay the path of stated vision and open a third center and replicate that model and progress with the IND and keep the IP process alive and progressing
