It would be illegal for them to reimburse Dr. Menon for the loss of his personal shares or the loss of the royalties. Our company previously made a deal with him for the rights to that patent. If he did not own those rights, then that is his problem to correct. There is no justification for holding Dr. Menon harmless in this deal.

Agree - it is speculation
But DrM lost 16m shares - @$10 - he had to give up $160m - so he will get compensated
