I'm new to this board, found it doing due diligence on the Gushers opportunity. You guys have taught me a lot. Thanks!
Based on everything I learned here and elsewhere, I elected to invest in 4 wells with the Gushers club, starting over a year ago. It's been quite a ride, but I'm glad I did. It is going to end well. All 4 wells in 12, 13, 14 and 23 are producing. Division orders have been issued for 12 and 13, and checks have been coming since June. DOs for 14 have been held up due to titling complexities with multiple parties, some of it on the Devon side, but these have been recently resolved. It is possible that DOs could be issued this month. Same for 23. Once the JIB accounts are settled, it will be monthly revenue stream for many years into the future.
It should not have taken this long, I agree, but Devon is making certain every possible hitch in the titling is taken care of before they will issue DOs. It is what it is.
Gushers is not a relationship with Superior...it is a relationship with Devon and Logan County. Once the assignments are recorded properly and DOs are issued, it doesn't matter what Superior does or doesn't do. They are out of the picture.
Gushers is not SIOR, and vice versa. I can assure you that Gushers is not a scam. I know almost nothing about SIOR and relisting, so I have no idea if Gushers will change the outcome, but having the revenue stream coming into Superior can only help.
