let me ask you this SCM,

Not speaking for anyone but myself...

Reading your story it would appear as though you and Alonzo were friends, business partners, "in this thing together" from the beginning, and then recently he stabbed you in the back.


Now obviously i don't question your stance. You wanted the bogus shares eliminated by AP and then for TEMN to be fully reporting with SEC, only THEN would you accept 50M shares.

You helped him figure out he needed to leave texx and then come to temn and eliminate the bogus shares and take control of temn.
You were a big reason he came to temn. Maybe "THE" reason he came.

Then, out of no where, like a sucker punch, the july 29 filing hit and the aug. 14 case was cancelled. as you've been saying, Alonzo showed you his true colors.

but the Question is,
Did alonzo ever consider you his partner/friend...
or were you just some guy sending him tips?

Basically, is alonzo a dirt bag that stabbed you in the back, or, is alonzo wondering where all this is coming from from you (were you just "some guy" ) who is now acting like more than he actually was?
