Yes, still trading.
Looks like they gave up on merging with anything. A reporting company wanting to get a corporate action approved does not fail to file financials or file a notification of late filing. Now it is the same situation with both SKTO and AEGY. Pretty scary silence.
Should see some volume, but a declining share price....the race to sell continues.
