Yes, I can prove this damning email with a link to a reliable source....

It's interesting how shocking the contents must be for there to even be a question as to my sources, but yes, there is a link, and the link is extremely easy to find. I never said anybody forwarded me any email containing the below -- I got it from a link. No sources needed:
