As I had stated in a previous post, this video should be watched a few times and really listen to Raymond Hill

The fact that he joined the BOD at Intellicell didnt just happen overnight. Its not like the man has all this free time and Just wants to take another seat.

First, This Guy means BUSINESS.

Second, He convinced CEO Steven Victor on something. That "Something" isnt just " Hey bring me in on your Board and I will give you a guiding helping hand for your first Ever IND on OA that you happen to be doing with the Dr. Andrews Institute."

That "Something" Was more likely , " Dr. Victor, we ( INVENTIV HEALTH ) are going to BENEFIT You in a very HUGE Way" He painted the "benefit" Picture Wide and Clear for CEO Steven Victor.

Look, These Guys are saying that they are First of all offering a completely different VALUE proposition to Biotech company CEO's Like Intellicell.

Normally, He says, a Biotech CEO like Steven Victor would go to Big Pharma and get a licensing deal and get maybe 8% royalties.

What INVENTIV is offering is a Whole different Business Model and he painted a picture for Intellicell that they have the resources and Infrastructure for Commercializing the product , and they have access to huge Sales Organizations, and they started filling their Internal Company gaps last year 2013 mid year of establishing a presence in Asia, Japan etc that he spoke of they have essentially found more efficient ways to improve on the current bottleneck of patient recruitment ALL of these in an effort of getting the product from the bedside to the Block. That essentially is the name of the game right?

Now look dont you think Dr Victor has talked to ray Hill about the fact that he plans on doing other INDs on Autism and ALS possibly? Absolutely

So do we see this Partnership developing on a Huge scale and do you see now why Ray Hill would want to sell Dr Victor on working with him and why Dr Victor may be excited about INVENTIV Health and having Ray Hill solve the issues and give Intellicell a Different pathway which essentially means a BIGGER BOTTOM LINE and MORE Net REVENUES Potentially for Intellicell.

This is a Partnership looking at the Longer term Guys. Intellicell isnt decorating the BOD seats with Impressive names and Both Intellicell and INVENTIV aren't charitable organizations trying to be nice to each other. These Guys are looking at the BIG Picture. Sure we cant see the picture right now but this is a Developing story . These INDs are going to be HUGE REVENUE PRODUCERS Potentially. The Players are BIGTIME whether its the Dr. Andrews Institute or CRO INVENTIV HEALTH and this is just the Beginning.

Next dont underestimate the Significance of what the new national Sales Director is going to start accomplishing filling the Pipeline for new potential centers, the Third of which will most likely be announced this year.


These centers are going to open and the three or so centers are going to be the foundation for setting up the Standards of Excellence , Testimonials are going to start pouring in, further future centers will open and REVENUE COMPOUNDING BOOM with The Mini Intellicell Franchise Centers opening nationwide starting next year.

While this is all happening, dont forget that the company desires two very important things additionally.

First they know they need to and want to create the elimination of toxic debt. I believe they will do this either with Creative corporate financing, angel investors, Increasing revenues or a combination.

Second there is a Professional Public awareness campaign that they need and want to roll out to attract a whole different class of Investors.

All in all I am painting the Picture I personally see developing here at Intellicell. I mean the PPS is less than 2/10th of a cent INVESTORS. Lets get Real. This is not acting like a company that wants to take shortcuts or give out false hope or hype. They are taking bold courageous steps one step at a time to move towards being a first class operation and things are getting put together brick by brick, Revenues are coming and going to start compounding, partnerships with the Right Players are being put in place, the right Senior management team is being introduced as per recent PRs and that work had begun already as we all know.

The Technology according to World class Doctor , Dr. Andrews is a Game Changer. I mean he is backing up his words by being essentially the first center that will open right after the fact that the NYC facility is already producing revenues.

Players like Ray Hill and Dr Andrews dont join penny stock companies UNLESS they see that this is a POTENTIAL BLOCKBUSTER Company in the making and they are getting fully positioned to ride the wave with Intellicell and have essentially locked arms with Intellicell as Business partners:):)

Lets get REAL INVESTORS and I Kid you NOT. BUY as Much SVFC shares as you possibly can get your hands on :):)
