Did AEGY get the ASC Cease Trade Order lifted - if so do you have a link?

I guess it is nice to think something is going to happen to mitigate all of the losses - but at some point shareholders have to look at the reality of any merger with a Canadian company.

The CSA would not approve a merger/acquisition with any US company that has been suspended by the SEC or that has a ASC Cease trade order in place.
